I love Zappos too. Last winter I was looking for a specific color and size of North Face boots and everywhere I looked they either didn't have my color or my size. Frustrated, I called Zappos, because Oprah said they had the best customer service anywhere, and the lady on the phone looked in their system. Unfortunately, Zappos didn't have any, but she actually spent time looking on her computer, found some obscure store in the mountains of Colorado that did, called them to verify they had it and then gave me their phone number, their website and their item number. I bought them from the little mountain store, but I will always go to Zappos first for shoes. They were amazing.

They are amazing! One time I ordered some shoes at about 7 pm and the next afternoon when I came home from work they were on my doorstep.....love them!
