It is 12 midnight and I am sitting at my computer surfing blog sites. From there I started looking through my pictures and realized what a fantastic family I have and how much I love each of my children but mostly their Dad! But now alas I must go to bed because tomorrow is Saturday and that is the day we get ready for Sunday....so that on Sunday we can take a nap after church=) Life is good isn't it?????

Matt has a new ride!

Matt and Nic came up yesterday to pick up Matt's new jeep. He bought it from a guy in Denver. Not bad. Now I can say all the boys have had a jeep at one time or another.

Salsa Anyone...

I canned salsa yesterday. Not the nice cheap GJ tomatoes but farm fresh from Pueblo. Turned out good and will be so good this winter to have fresh salsa.

Nicolle's sick!

I talked to Matt today and he said Nicolle has been sick since Monday. Really sick. Today she went into the doctor's and found out she has swine flu. I know at our school we send all the sick kids to the office. Nicolle works in the office at Lauren's school........ I can guess where she got it. Anyways let's keep her in our thoughts and hope nobody else gets it.

Labor Day

Dad and I got away for Labor Day and spent the weekend in the mountains at Rampart Reservoir. It was a well needed rest and relaxation for us. We hiked and ate and slept and watched Cooper swim. We set by the fire at night, played rummy and took naps.......soooo nice! I think we can go on with life:) It was a great weekend!
