On our way home from Denver today I snapped these pictures of the first real snowfall on Pikes Peak. It looked so beautiful! I am ready for snow here on the Front Range. It has been a long Indian summer. We are supposed to have our first hard freeze next week.

I Love conference!!!

I loved Pres. Monson's talk about gratitude....so timely yet timeless!! Really good talk! I think we should think of 5 things we are grateful for each day. So here goes.....

Going camping for Labor Day! How about you????

We are going to the mountains for Labor Day. Dad wants to fish and I want to read. We love Rampart and are going there. What are you doing for the long weekend my boys?????

It's Las Vegas for Thanksgiving......

We will be staying here! I am excited to all be together and have some family time. A warm Thanksgiving will be different but I think I can handle it!

Barbecue for Bill!!

 
For FHE we had a going away barbecue for Bill. It was so yummy and we all pigged out.....especially Bill!! Who knows when his next one will be. Dad gave him a blessing. It was a good FHE. We will miss you Bill but seen you soon!!!

If we rented a home would you come???

Aaron has invited us all to warm Las Vegas for Thanksgiving! It's just an invite....no plans!! I was wondering if we rented a house there how many would drive to Vegas for Thanksgiving. Leave your feedback please. I need to hear from everyone even if you are not sure or the answer is no.
